Zoe Coleman's Obituary
Zoe Elizabeth Coleman, 82, was born on December 28, 1935 in Ada, Oklahoma and passed away on November 2, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.Zoe was a beautiful soul, inside and out. She was crowned as Miss Downtown Tulsa in 1955. She was actively involved with Sertoma International and received an achievement award from the organization for her services.She had a number of activities that she enjoyed including gardening, reading, travelling, collecting miniatures, and taking trips to the casino. Zoe enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren most of all.She was preceded in death by her parents Fritz and Nina Franklin; brothers David and Patrick Franklin; grand daughter Rachelle Hudson; and son in law Jim Hudson.Zoe is survived by her loving husband Tom Coleman; daughters Connie Hudson and Kim Coleman; son in law Dudley Porterfield; sister in law Catherine Wagoner; brother Wally Franklin; grandsons Joshua Hudson, Bobby Bixler, and Mike Bixler; granddaughter Kaitlin Bixler; great grandson Jacob Grodin; nephews Cory, Les, Monty, Kelly, and Danny; nieces Shelly, Tracie, Mary Ellen, and Colleen; and great nephew Daniel.A memorial service will be held in her honor at 2 pm on Wednesday, November 7, at the Floral Haven Rose Chapel.
