Me,Tony and Layne would like to give you great thanks and appreciate for taking awesome care of our daughter, Lillee Sophia. She was an absolute angel, resting her bed of Peace. She was so beautiful, We thank you for everything you did during our time of need and for the above and beyond you did, when you didn’t have to.

Heather -
You made a difficult time easier for us and we thank you. Everything went smoothly and nothing fell between the cracks and we appreciate your competence and organization. Plus, you were just a pleasure to deal with and we’re grateful all your help.

Ronnie -
Our gamily was very blessed to have you as the director for Dad’s memorial service. Between you and our pastor every detail was covered. If there were “behind-the-scenes” problems we certainly weren’t aware of them. Also you did a great job in putting the C.D. together. We had many comments on its content and its quality. Thank you!
Also, please express our thanks to the entire Floral Haven staff– the receptionist; the florist; the assistants at the Memorial Service. Terrie who took us to the grave site; those who helped with the meal at the Family Life Center; our driver, ect.

Dearest Heather, Ron and all those associated with Floral Haven -
It is difficult to express in words the emotions Gary and I … and all our family experienced during the past few weeks. From you first conversation with Heather… we knew we were in concerned loving care.
It always amazed us… how you were all there or four steps ahead of our immediate needs,…realizing what we were facing. Everything was done with true compassion…

Mr. Blankenship -
I am writing this on behalf of my mother and our family. We buried my step father in your cemetery on June 24th. We had lost him on the 19th, and it was a difficult 5 days. I cannot express enough to you, how much we were comforted by the assistance of Lyndal McMillan. He is a credit to his profession, and to your organization. He went above and beyond for our family, and was an enormous help to my mother, during one of the worst times in her life. I sincerely hope he is recognized for his service and compassion.

Lyndal -
We cannot express our gratitude enough to you. Your kindness and thoughtfulness were so appreciated during our difficult loss. During those times in life, we should hope everyone could hope for someone as helpful as you were to us. Please know we are eternally grateful for everything.

Ronnie and the Floral Haven Staff -
Thank you for all your help with mom’s care and service. We are telling all our friends. And hearing back how nice, well “perfect” the day was. From the time your staff member came to mom’s room at the hospital till we left Monday evening we were treated as if we were on of your families. Thank you.

Dear Sir -
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff at Floral Haven for the burial service for my daughter, Theresa Angel, Vice President, Mother’s Nature’s. She was a special lady with talents we continue to discover thought the 49 years she was here on this earth. The staff at Floral haven was magnificent and the funeral was flawless. The compassion shown by your staff gave my family the confidence and courage to follow Walter Still’s directions during this heart wrenching time.
I want to say with the greatest of gratitude that Walter Still, Funeral Director, and Linda Kennedy advisor, were the most patient and loving individuals I have ever encountered in my entire life. If there is anything I can do to help provide comfort and peace to families that face this daunting task by sharing our experience with Floral Haven, I am always available.

Mr. Blankenship -
I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to your organization for the outstanding services rendered for my mother in law. She died suddenly on July 3rd at our farm in Bixby of an apparent massive heart attack. She had made arrangements in 203 when my father in law died and at that time had made prearrangements for her own burial.
Walter Still was the best, kindest and most knowledgeable professional that I have dealt with in this situation. Even though I am sure that he has not gotten over the loss of his father, he continued to offer condolences, kind words of encouragement, and helpful suggestions to assure that everything was just as it should be. It was better that that! His true professionalism, his genuine concern, and his likeable personality made him the perfect representative of your organization. We want to thank him for a job well done.
You and the entire staff at Floral Haven should indeed be proud of his accomplishments and his faithful execution of his duties to your clients and their friends and families. We could not be more pleased with all that was done and in the kind and considerate methods that were used. My family will highly recommend Walter and Floral Haven as a beautiful rose garden of weeds. Thanks again.

Dear Mr. Blankenship -
I want to call you to your attention to the excellent work of your director Mr. Ronnie Felts. Mr. Felts worked with me and our family (through me) on the total arrangements for the cremation and other details involved with our mother’s death post death and cremation arrangements. He was a very easy man! She was such a wonderful woman and, of course, we miss her immensely. Ronnie was so kind , thorough, well organized, so well prepared, so pleasant, so compassionate, so helpful even letting his keen sense of humor, through making himself available, if necessary, while away and was always at our beck-and-call. He took care of every detail promptly, thought of important matters before we did. He’s basically the best director you could have! We admire, respect and feel he is a true friend. I would suggest him for promotion!
