Thank you, Barbara. Just seeing this. Tip and I have wondered where you and Danny are now.
I'm just now reading this. I got your card and was so touched. This tribute is so sweet, Casey. I can barely write for the tears in my eyes. Thank you so much. We always laughed about me thinking you were the brick salesman when I picked out the bricks for our house in TX. I copied this to show our boys. ❤️ Joan
Joan, Clint, Clay, and family: I am so very, very sorry to just now learn on Saturday of Tip's passing. My heart so aches and hurts for all of you. Please know that prayers of thanks for him & his life have been lifted and more to come for you all. My friendship with Tip Brian began over 33 years ago on a well sight, logging a well [it was probably cold, wet, and LONG, or so the story will be re-told!]. So many, many fond memories of conversations/arguments/faith walks/heart talks with Tip. I heard so many Clint/Clay stories over the years! I put much of Tip's "wisdom" to work as Desha & I reared our own 4 sons. Tip Brian is the measure of a man to which I hold myself: Christ follower, loving husband, proud father, and a great geologist/oil man. He had so many skills, abilities, and talents. I've had the pleasure to be a part of several of them. He loved his family immensely and wasn't shy about sharing that love. Joan: that man loved you so much. I get tickled when I think about all of our conversations. I am going to miss him a great deal. Our condolences to you all; I know your hearts hurt, and mine with you. Tip will not be forgotten, for a piece of him lives in me, as in you all.Respectfully: Casey & Desha Clawson, Owasso, OK
