Barbara Louise (Goss) Dunlap was born November 24, 1930 in Chouteau, Oklahoma to John T. and Mary Elsie Goss. She passed to Heaven on April 4, 2016 at the age of 85. Barbara graduated from Pryor High School in 1948, moving to Tuls Read Obituary
I learned of Barbara's death a few days ago. We shared some special Cherokee memories and I often quote her. She knew my son was a deputy sheriff, but only after knowing her for two or three years did she tell me her son-in-law was Chief Chuck Jordan and told me how good he was to her. Although I don't know him personally, I think of that every time I see him on TV. Her family was so special to her. Pat Reeder

I am very sorry for your lose, I remember when I was little & uncle Bud, Aunt Barbara & all the "girls" came to California I was very excited to meet everyone. My mom Shirley, is really going to miss her phone calls & getting caught up on all of Barbara's travels. She will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace, Love, Susie Green
