I met Betty in 1990 at her home in Arizona, when I married her oldest son Jack. We immediately became great friends, and she became the best 'Grandma George' to my children. My daughter Michelle was especially close with her. She came to visit us, and we went to visit her after she moved back to Tulsa, and kept in touch for many years, until her health began to fail. Her passing has left a giant hole in our hearts, and we will miss her genuine love and bright smile, as well as her extraordinary sense of humor. She brightened our lives and hearts while she was here, and I am sure Heaven is a brighter place because of her. Rest in peace Betty, until we meet again.
