We met in high school, shared laughter and teenage secrets. I remember when Duke gave her an engagement ring and we were both thrilled and excited. I was blessed by her friendship all these years. Heaven has a new Saint singing with the angels, I know she is joyous to be with the Lord. I look forward to being reunited one day. Prayers for all her wonderful family. Always, aunt Jessie

Billie was my supervisor a long time ago, at Unit Rig and Equipment, she was the most kindness person I had ever meet, and very understanding. I can remember on one occasion, I was having some issues with my vehicle, and needing to pick up my daughter at her day care and take her to her grandmother's home. Billie let me use her car to pick her and up and drop her off. That mean't a lot to me. My mother taught me as an early age when someone does something kind for you, to be appreciable, ps and let them know it. And that's exactly what i did. I have very fond memories of this lady. And may i add she made the best biscuits and gravy ever that was placed on her kitchen table. She will be greatly missed. Gwendolyn
