My husband, Glenn Chowins (deceased), was a teacher and principal at
Nathan Hale High School. He and Billie shared many experiences at
Hale.That work relationship expanded to regular dinners and visits with
several Hale teachers. Billie was an excellent teacher and admired by
coworkers. My most sincere condolences too her family.
