Billye Jean Rollins, 87, passed away on November 20, 2021. She was born on April 27, 1934, to parents Lawrence and Hazel McCollum.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the Tulsa Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org/oklahoma) in Billye's name.
A celebration of life funeral service is scheduled for Friday, November 26, 2021, at 10 AM at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
