Lamar Burks, Lil Brother Of Deryle Burks
It’s always side to hear about the loss of a longtime tulsan who gave his entire life to serving others , especially in the music world. I grew up w/ a lot of Guys that knew him especicially in my brothers class of 1971. It’s even more gratifying to read about his military service. Growing up, I chose athletics, but could have easily been a musician simply because of bobby Giles. That name resonated Thru out the schools, because of he and others that were natural born musicians.being 4 years younger than him, his influence rang through out the northside community. Speaking on behalf of others he will be missed and love and appreciated by all. Rest In Peace, brother bobby.
