I don't remember how many years ago it was for sure but, I had found an iguana for Jeremy.
The lady was rehoming him and had decided to let us have him. After we had him about I would say two years "he" laid eggs and got to where she wasn't moving as much in her glass habitat. Jeremy video chatted with Brandon often and he always asked about his "dragon".
He had built her a wooden cage in our spare room that had two walls of windows so she had lots of sun light, her cage was pretty basic, just wood, wire, and with an access door in front for feeding and so we could take her out for handling, bathing, and such. But, she started escaping.
Next thing we knew, Brandon shows up with tools, a big smile, and said hey bro, lets go get some lumber and fix your dragon up.
She lived her best life in that cage until she passed. He built her an awesome ramp to her heat lamps, we laid carpet in the bottom that was easy clean up, and it was much sturdier than the one we had built.
Of course, if we ever decided to move, we teased him he was going to have to come back and take it apart and help put it back together as it was to large to go through doors.
Moral of this story, Brandon was always there for us or anyone. Dropping everything to help anyone with anything. If he saw a need he filled it. He was giving person and never asked for anything in return.
