Carl was more than a neighbor to us. To us, he was almost a part of our family. I have already missed stepping out my back door and hearing him holler, "Hey Bob-a-rino". Carl was someone that both of us enjoyed just visiting with. He and I used to just sit on the front porch and visit. We used to have the friendly competition to see who could have the best looking lawn. He usually won. He always looked after our house when we were gone and we looked after his when he was gone. He was just a joy to be around and will be missed very much.
