Lit a candle in memory of Carlotta J. Alvstad
My family is simply heartbroken over the loss of Carlotta. Her kindness, love of family and wonderful meals will always be remembered. Our loss is heaven's gain…will see you again my friend.
So many good memories growing up with the Larson kids – and I felt so honored when Carlotta wore the wedding dress her Mother made for me (and to know we were both the same size back then! ?? Sending love and our heartfelt sympathy to Jerry and all. Evie & Bud
I can't believe that I'm writing this note of condolence to Carlotta's family. Didn't I just see her a few weeks ago? I have known Carlotta through the exercise group we belonged to, through our church, and through her involvement with the Oklahoma Blood Institute where I volunteered while Allie was ill. She always perked up our class. I always looked forward to seeing her in the choir. And how I admired here efforts on Allie's behalf. She was a kind and generous person. May God comfort her family at this sad time. Susan Bey
She was a super personand was more a sister to me as we grew up in the same house. I remember they would tease me and call me Auntie Dolly and I thought I was to young to be an Aunt. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Lots love Dolly and Dale.
So many memories of growing up together and all the family get togethers we used to have. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the family through this sad time. Love to all. Iva and Scott
I teach the classes at the YMCA, where Carlotta attended. We all really enjoyed having her in class. She was so sweet and kind, always smiling. The last time she was in class, which was not that long ago, we talked about playing the ukelele together some time. I will really miss her. I will be praying for her family.
We have had many years of playing together, growing up, becoming parents and given the privilege of being Godparents to Jackie – and growing in so many ways, most importantly growing in faith! My heart goes out to all of you as well as my prayers – Love, Colleen
I met Carlotta in exercise class at the YMCA. That beautiful smile and upbeat personality endeared her to the entire class. It was always such a joy to see her walk in the door, folks would gather round to visit with her. Some of us went to see her play the ukelele at the BA Senior Center, and it was evident those folks loved her as we did. She will be missed, we are blessed for having known her. Deepest sympathy to all her family. Jo Ann Proctor
Carlotta and family became our Neighbors in Crystal, Minnesota over 40 years ago and they became treasured, life long Friends. We shared parenting life, messy baking with delicious follow up, deep griefs and reassurance of Faith. We will miss games together, uplifting phone calls, laughter, fun, "seizing moments." We treasure the Blessing of Carlotta's life with us. Ken and Marlys
