I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Nees while doing security work in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Mr. Nees was a great mentor and friend. He was consistent with showing up to duty and lead by example. I learned so much from him, we had great conversations together about family and home, and he left me with a lot of good advice and encouragement. He never spoke about all of his accomplishments or was boastful about what he earned, he was kind hearted and modest, loved his family, and loved the guys he served with. I love you Wayne, see you in heaven.
