Carroll was a man that was not rattled easily. He had a calm nature about him . I started for Carroll 30 years ago next month. He taught me more about propane, butanes, & business than I would ever have learned from anyone else. He was my mentor as well as one to many other people. His greeting to me was “ Hey Gal”, hows’s everything in Mangum. Can you hold a load of propane, what’s everyone doing? Always asked about my son Ty Rope. He was so proud when Ty decided to go to OSU. I’m gonna miss our , almost daily, phone calls. Til we meet again. Elaine Smith Mangum Oil & Gas.
