Charline Schoenig
October 28, 1936 – October 15, 2025
Charline Schoenig, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully at home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on October 15, 2025, just shy of her 89th birthday. She was surrounded by her loving family in her final moments.
Born on October 28, 1936, Charline lived a full and vibrant life rooted in love, laughter, and deep family bonds. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Albert Schoenig, who passed in 2016. Together they built a beautiful life and raised five children: Jeffrey, Eileen, Kurt Albert, Scott and Eric.
Charline was a proud grandmother to Kari Coleman, Kurt Hans Schoenig, Logan Schoenig, Heath Schoenig, and Holden Schoenig. Her legacy continues through her nine great-grandchildren: Aiden Coleman, Cooper Coleman, Mason Coleman, Avery Schoenig, Theo Schoenig, Elliott Schoenig, Ashton Schoenig, Bennett Schoenig and Alexander Schoenig..
She found great joy in life’s simple pleasures—playing cards with friends and family, traveling to new places, and gathering around the table for family dinners. Her warmth, quick wit, and boundless love left an impression on all who knew her.
Charline’s life was a testament to the importance of family, friendship, and making the most of every moment. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Charline’s memory by spending time with your loved ones—playing a game of cards, sharing a meal, or simply enjoying each other’s company, just as she would have wanted.
