Chester was my husband, Levi's best man at our wedding and an unexpectedly dear friend to me. I knew Chester when I first met my husband. We had attended the same highschool in Holtville. What I didn't know was how close his parents and my parents were when they were young. His parents, Juanita and Robert, were the matron of honor and best man at my parents wedding! I didn't find out about this until my wedding day. Chester was the "Best" friend to my husband, Levi, that any man could have. We will always remember him and are grateful for having known him. Condolences to his daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren.

My cousin Chester, I always called you Cuz, you would call me Red. We traveled across the United States one summer with your Mom Juanita. We had a great time back them. We shared a lot of memories over the years. I will truly miss you.
