My special memory of Clarence was finding out that knew my mother Judi Lane from his high school days in Seminole, Oklahoma. What a coincidence when Staci and I found out her dad and my mom once knew each other and attended Seminole High School together! Staci took her dad, Addison, and I to Seminole one afternoon and Clarence was so sweet to show me the house where my mother used to live and where she rode her horses. We took a drive behind the house on a dirt road looking for an old Native American grave yard the current ownerâ??s told us was back there. We never found it but we did collect some beautiful wildflowers and we all picked a bouquet on that nice afternoon. We drove on and he showed me Seminole High School, we had lunch downtown, and he showed me where my grandfather Joseph Laneâ??s Western Auto Store once was and the drugstore where my mother worked when she was a senior in high school. He then he began reminiscing about his own time spent in Seminole and showed us where he used to live and talked about the history of the oil boom and the many people who traveled to Seminole in hopes of finding wealth in oil. It was a wonderful afternoon and I appreciate these memories so much. Thank you Clarence. Laurie Lucci
