My sincere condolences to Corey’s family. I remember Corey as a happy, smiling, friendly, always respectful student in my 10th grade English class at Edison. I remember, also, that he and Timi were very close. The final lines in William Cullen Bryant’s poem THANATOPSIS say:
“Approach thy grave like one who wraps the drapery of his couch about him and lies down to pleasant dreams.” I trust that Corey has now lain down to pleasant dreams.
So sorry for the family’s loss. No one is every ready to lose a Son, Brother, Grandson, Cousin or Friend. He will be missed.
I love you my Sweet CoCo! I know we had good, bad, and great moments, but that is because we loved eachother and are siblings, ha! I’m so glad you are at peace, it makes this ending such a blessing. Sleep my bro, sleep! Until we meet again. Luv, luvs!
