Oh Blue-
How sad I was to hear you left this earth. Your mark on this world is so much more than you probably realized (even with that smart Virgo insight)! What a pleasure it was to know you on this earthly plane.
Working with you was a pleasure. Your tranquil office was a great escape when I needed a breather. You were the healer of all headaches! If you know - you know.
All in all - knowing you was a pleasure. Hanging by the pool, watching your band play, seeing you in love …. Such good times!

Played for years with David, with “Three Hour Tour” Good Drummer, nice guy. Loved it when people requested “wipe out” he hated it , but always played the heck out of it, on the walls, somebody”s head, whatever he could beat on

Even though I had only meet David within the last few months it felt like I have known him much longer. He was a great neighbor and I always looked forward to our chats when he was on the patio. He shared my love of music, one drummer to another. Our prayers go out to his family and friends. Rest in peace David.

David and I met in Memphis, TN when we were both 17. He was only 2 weeks older than me. We kept in touch all these years, no matter what. Even though we lived in different states at different times, we stayed in touch. We were texting around his birthday, Sept. 22nd and my birthday, Oct.6th. I thought about calling him, but I left for a vacation to see a friend and my aunt in California. I kept putting off calling him as I had several Dr. appts. and health issues. I forgot to call him. David, I will miss you! My condolences to all your friends and family. Be at peace, David. Love you.

David gave so much to me at a young age. He was the father of my best friend that quickly became my mentor. I looked up to him and his accomplishments in music. He loved me like I was his own, giving me my first drum set and throughout the years, providing his best insight and sharpest critique. Words can’t convey all that David means to me. I will forever be grateful for the love we shared. He helped set the path I would take in life. Sending all my love to my brother Brandon and the Blue family. My family. 💙
