David and I came to know each other just a few years ago. No matter what was going on, he found a way to stroll by my desk on the floor, and would often change his course when he saw me out and about. Invariably, he checked to see how I was doing, he offered some encouragement over events of the day, and then he told me how great it was that I was here. He rarely spoke of himself, and when he did, he quickly moved on to mention his good fortune in life, in his faith, in his marriage to Shelly, and his love for his daughters. He truly lived the 6 critical life messages: I believe in you, I trust you, I know you can handle it, you are listened to, you are cared for, you are very important to me. The shock of his passing will eventually fade, but we wonâ??t forget how he blessed our lives. And we know he is peacefully, joyfully, present with Our Heavenly Father, and all the angels and saints, while he awaits reunification with his loved ones and friends. Linda and I will keep the entire Brumbaugh family in our prayers. Mark Lepak
