Doilis was a great friend that I will alway remember that would do anything he could for you. His family and racing were his true loves. I will miss you, Brother. rest in peace Jerry B. Henry
I met Doilis in Mexico, he came to support Baker Hughes with an Horizontal Pumps project offshore, I believe he made it possible and a success, he taught all the team everything about the pumps, he became a teacher and a friend for many of us, always full of stories and hobbies. He will be missed. My condolences to the family.Oscar Padilla Orozco

So sorry for the loss of a great friend and colleague. May you always remember the good times.
Doilis Taylor was a great man who spent 42 years working for Centrilift – Baker Hughes taking care of his baby as he liked to call it (the horizontal pumping system product line). Doilis was more than a colleague, mentor and expert field service guru, he was my dear friend. His other passion was his race cars and he would talk about them just like one of his kids. I can recall visiting with Doilis many mornings following race day sharing pictures of his cars and bragging like the proud papa that he was about how well his sons and grandkids were doing as they raced for that checkered flag. He would always share with me the improvements he was working on to make those races cars ever faster than everyone else and he even started building engines for other drivers.Doilis was a true friend, a air force veteran – so proud of that fact and wore his veteran's hact with pride whenever he was not working. He was a gentlemen who cared about others and was always eager to share his field service knowledge and experience with those having trouble figuring out the problem and solution.I will miss my friend Doilis and consider it an honor and privilege to have shared time with him. He will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.
