I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Don at the City of Broken Arrow. He always had great stories to tell and he would always make me laugh. I remember how much he loved his bowling. He was always giving me pointers. He will definately be missed here but he is in a much better place now… Your family will be in my prayers.
I was privileged to know Don.My love and prayers go out to Jane and her children.
My memory of Don will be of his great sense of humor. He always made me laugh, and he was good at making my 8-yr old daughter laugh, as well. My heart is with the entire Kirk Family-all of whom I have grown to love.
This time is hard, but just know that he is in a better place now and not suffering. Our prayers are with you and may peace come to you with time.
To The Kirk and Abbott family … my thoughts and prayers are with you. It was so often, in the office, that we would hear such neat stories about Mr. Kirk and his outstanding stellar, personal character from John. What a shining example he was, even to those of us who never even met him!! God bless and keep you all.
He was a great pa pa and he would always win at games of yahtzee. I remember I helped him quit smoking.I love you pa paSierra Taylor Abbott
Rest in peace
I am so sorry for the Kirk Family in their profound loss. Don was such a great guy. I adored him. He made me laugh, and even gave me a couple of lectures when I needed it years ago. Lol. Even though I have not got to see him for about two years I have thought about him so many times. I have a few pictures of him that I laugh at because he says so much in them without saying a word. Those looks….good times. I have many many good memories. I am praying for all Dons family and friends and am sorry for their loss.Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4
