My grandmother meant more to me than she'll ever know. She was an amazing woman, who loved the Lord and her family very much. Her smile and the sound of her laugh, won't soon be forgotten. Her beautiful spirit, loving nature and tenderness were admirable, and her selflessness and positive attitude about life; praiseworthy. She loved family gatherings around the holidays and hosting OU football away games at her house. I even remember, though I was little, watching nearly every Nebraska v OU game at her house ( they were our biggest rival at the time:)). Many, many wonderful memories were made in and around my grandmother's home in Tulsa, but also at the OU home games in Norman. Her and my granddad LOVED going to those games, I share the same love for OU football. I believe it all started when I was young and my dad would take me to watch the games with them. We had a lot of fun together throughout the years. I admire many things about my grandmother, and know she will remain with me always. I have peace in knowing I will see her again, and she is healed and with our Lord. Though all who knew her will miss her, she's in a beautiful place now, where she will be for eternity. Time may pass and fade away, but memories of you will always stay. Love you always, Miranda:heart:ï¸
I married into the Gray family in 1980. Dorothy has been an absolute delight to get to know. We have had a lot of fun times together. Great memories have been made throughout the years. Dorothy always had a big smile on her face and a twinkle in her eyes regardless of the circumstances. Losing Dorothy is a devastating loss to our family, her presence and overall demeanor was something we all enjoyed and admired. She will truly be missed Dorothy gave me the greatest gift of allâ?¦..she gave me LOVE.Shirley A. Gray
Post the Texaco merger Dorothy was my Secretary for several years prior to moving the Tulsa Region to California. She was an outstanding Secretary with a bubbly personality and wonderful smile which reflected her person. My wife and I enjoyed our breakfast meeting with Dorothy and Gene for several years. She had a strong faith in God and family and was an inspiration to all.Glenn L Zumalt
