Dustin Leon Keith, 40, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away June 5, 2019. Dustin was born December 3, 1978 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Leonard Leon Keith and Amy Marie Rojeski. Dustin will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.Dustin is preceded in passing by his grandparents, Leonard Keith Sr., Virginia Thompson, Howard and Lois Maxine Peterson and his fur babies, Finley Boiken Keith and Puff. He is survived by his spouse, Jennifer Junkins-Keith; his father, Leonard Keith and his wife, Annie; his mother, Amy Rojeski and her husband, Terry; sister, Whitney Mayfield and her husband, Bo; his brother, Shane Rojeski; aunt, Gail Nelson; nieces, Zoe Matos and Jordan Mayfield and his beloved fur babies, Pita Rita, Frida Jean and Perdita Patty-Cake as well as numerous other family members and friends.Celebration of Life Service will be 3:00 pm, Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Floral Haven Funeral Home ChapelIn lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Animal Rescue Foundations @ https://www.arftulsa.org
