I was a patient at Hillcrest Tulsa Rehabilitation Center in 1978 after a spinal injury in a motorcycle accident. I've lived in Florida for more than 30 years but happened to see Earnie's death notice and recognized her name from so many years ago. My deepest sympathy and condolences to her family.
