Earnestine Fairconeture's Obituary
Earnestine Cato Fairconeture was born on March 26, 1934 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to the parents of Jack and Clara Cato.
Earnestine graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she also attended Dunbar Elementary School and Carver Junior High School.
Earnestine Fairconeture was a memeber of St. Augustine Catholic Church for over 50 years, where she was a member of The Women's Club and traveled extensively with The Ladies Auxiliary and looked forward to those outings with excitement.
Earnestine was employed with Hillcrest Medical Center for over 30 years, where she held various positiions ranging from unit clerk to physical rehabilitation assistant.
Earnestine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ray B. Fairconeture, sister Jean Jordan, Patsy McCoy, and brother Thurman Cato.
Earnestine leaves to cherish her memory her sisters Alberta Pankey, Alice Faye Edmundson, Lola Loftin, and Jamesetta Reed; her children John Walters Jr. (Marsha), Diane Walters (Keith Barker), Robert Ray Walters, Joseph Fairconeture, and LaRon Fairconeture as well as 8 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 12 pm on Friday, March 20, 2020 at St. Augustine - 1720 E Apache St, Tulsa, OK 74110.
