Edward “Eddie” John Adams, 67, son of Robert and Adaline Adams, resident of Tulsa and longtime Real Estate Professional, died Saturday, November 30th. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 4th at Flo Read Obituary
The service earlier today was great, and my hat is off to Ryan, who did a marvelous job. Boots, I am sorry we did not get to visit after the service, but everyone seemed to want your attention, Benita, I am certain that you were running on adrenalin, but you looked great and we enjoyed the visit. We just meet Eddie a couple of weeks ago when he graciously came over to our home to talk with my husband for several hours. Eddie was a one of a kind. You could never be down with him because he'd tell a joke–usually a really bad one–and just keep going until you laughed. We never agreed on a single thing except how much we enjoyed razzing one another and what a saint Benita must be. My thoughts and good wishes go out to his family and many, many friends.

So saddened to hear of the death of "the rider of the purple sage" Such great memories of a vibrant Eddie at Camp Mishawaka,collecting eggs and misbehaving at Adams Acres farm. My friendship with Eddie started in 1978 when I shared office space with him and Brad Jones, and his real estate advice was always spot-on. We became good friends and my wife and I got to share his joy when he was courting Benita. His humor and laughter were infectious; his loving heart, love of giving, and high moral character will always be a standard of measure. Even after we moved away from Tulsa, Eddie and I were always able to reconnect instantly on business and personal concerns. The world needs more men like Eddie, and we were exceptionally fortunate to have had him in our lives. We will miss Eddie and offer our love and support to Benita and the family.Jim and Mary McCarty
