Loy and Linda have been neighbors with my parents David & Patty Bailey for many years. My Dad isn't the best with expressing his feelings sometimes but I know how much he enjoyed and appreciated the "porch" time these two spent together. Whether it was on Loy's porch or my Dad's I think those times were good for both of them. I will miss my Mom saying to me on the phone when I would ask what Dad was doing, "Your Dad's out on the front porch talking to Loy".
Loy was a good friend and neighbor. He helped anyone in need. He was a happy person and enjoyed visiting with people. Loy also would help anyone that needed help ! He will be truly missed be all.
