Edward Loy Bean's Obituary
Edward Loy Bean, a resident of Broken Arrow, passed away August 16, 2016 at the age of 74. He was born October 12, 1941 to Eschal Edward and Fannie Maude (Pilgrim) Bean in Lawton, Oklahoma. After 23 years, Loy retired from the Lawton Police Department. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking and spending time at his lake home at Grand Lake but most of all he loved spending time with his family.He was preceded in death by his parents, Eschal Edward and Fannie Maude Bean and sister, Ernestine Lathrop.Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Linda Bean of the home; children, Kimberly Briguccia and husband, Frank of Bixby, Mike Bean and wife, Kerri of Catoosa, Teresa Collier and husband, John of Bentonville, AR and Tammie Walker of Pea Ridge, AR; sister, Nelda Giddens of Tulsa; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild and numerous other relatives and friends.Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Tim Sullivan.
