Doc was a great friend. So warm and friendly to me and all those who he came in contact with. We had great times competing at the Golf Club of Oklahoma for a few dollars over a round of golf. You always wanted him on your team because you knew he would compete and win. Doc will be missed but I know now that he is with the golf gods playing the game of his eternal life with his savior Jesus Christ. Blessings my friend! David

My mother lived in the same assisted living facility as Doc. He was a compassionate friend to all around him. He dried my tears more than once. I miss him already.

I loved Uncle Elvin dearly. I can remember when he took me and my sister on vacation with him and Kim, Kelli and Kris to Six flags. We had a great time!. He will be missed. To the girls, I know how hard it is to lose your father. I'm still not over the loss of mine. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Sheri
