I am so sorry for your family with the loss of Erma. I got to know Erma well when I would go visit Grandma Hoffman. Erma gave the strongest, best hugs in the entire world.
She always opened the door with the warmest smile.
I thought as I read the obituary just now, you guys said it perfectly! She and Vera and Dave took such good care of Grandma.
I am sad she is gone but I know that she is up in Heaven praising God! What a beautiful angel she must be!

Erma was like a Angel on earth . She had so much love for everyone and never met a stranger and was willing to help anyone, She loved her family to the moon and back, Bart was always the special one besides her husband Ervin. She was the anchor I felt besides Peepsi in the Qualls family. Loved life to the end and now the new beginning in Heaven with all her family. She will always be with us now in spirit. Love you forever until we all meet again.
She was sweet, special lady! She will be missed by all wh knew her, but she will live on forever in our hearts and minds. Remember all the good times and treasure them. Through the Lord’s grace, we will all meet again in paradise. I will be praying for you and your family Bart. May His Pearce and comfort surround you.
I remember being over at my nana’s(Peepsi) house and Aunt Erma would come over. They would sit and talk for hours. It was always a comfort and blessing to be around her. She was truly a wonderful person and even though I did not see her for many years, the thought of her brings a smile to my face. She will be missed tremendously by all her family and friends.
Erma was a beautiful person inside and out. I will never forget her sweet spirit in the Woodlake church nursery. She loved all the babies like they were her very own.
What do you say during a time like this other than how much I loved her smile and to have her pick on me like she always did and then hug me and tell “you know I wouldn’t pick on you if I didn’t love you “ and the thing is it was one of my favorite things about her. I’m so sorry for your loss she will be so missed bless uncle Ervin he will be lost without her. And I’m sure you kids will have a empty place in your heart. It never seems to be easy when we have to let a loved one go. Hang tight to each other during the rough time and keep telling uncle Ervin we love him and you God Bless you all Lord give them comfort and peace as the days weeks and months go by ease the pain within their hearts this I pray amen
