Erma Imogene Hoffman's Obituary
Erma Imogene Qualls Hoffman, of Kiefer OK, was peacefully escorted into the presence of Jesus Christ Wednesday September 12, 2018 at approximately 10:34 am, with her loving family at her side.Erma (Mom) was born on December 5, 1929 in the Catoosa, OK area, to Romulus Alvin (Papa) and Annie (Mama) Qualls. She married Ervin Hoffman on December 25, 1949.Erma (Mom) was a benevolent soul, her entire life was dedicated to family. If she knew you, she fed you, if you were sick she cared for you, if you needed financial support she sustained you. Whatever your need, she always had compassion, she always had love for people. Erma was a dedicated and active member of Woodlake Assembly of God in Tulsa, OK for many years. She lovingly and willingly did the job nobody really wants in the church, the nursery. Only God knows how many children (and their children) she cared for. She loved the Lord, with all her heart, all her soul, and all her mind, she was a dedicated prayer warrior, a wonderful lady who defined unconditional love.Survived by her loving family, husband of 69 years Ervin Hoffman, son Bart Hoffman and wife Carole, extended family David Hoffman Jr and wife Debbie (sons Cameron and Conner), Jerry Hoffman, and a multitude of family, nieces and nephews and countless friends.Erma was preceded in death by all her siblings, she was the last remaining matriarch of the Qualls family.Viewing will be held Monday, September 17th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home.Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Mewbourne officiating.
