I am one of the many people to benefit from the letters and words of encouragement from sweet, elegant Eunice, or as my mother (Sharon Collins) called her, Eunice Lee. I was going through some boxes of papers, cards, paperwork etc. (the kind of stuff you end up with when you move) and ran across one of her sweet cards to me. It had her phone number on it so I picked up my phone and dialed her number. The number was no longer in service and I certainly hoped she hadn't passed away without me knowing it. Well, a quick internet search later and here I am realizing I missed hearing of when she "graduated" to be with the Lord. Her words of encouragement and sweet spirit meant so very much to me and my mom. I stopped and said a prayer of thanksgiving for her and what she meant to me here on earth and figure she is having a great time with my mom in heaven these days. She will be dearly missed yet I know Heaven is now that much sweeter with her in it. Sending my love to the family.
Dear Jack, Kelly, Mike and the rest of the family,I am so sorry to hear of Eunice’s passing and wishing I could be there with you. Eunice was such a great friend to Mom for so many years and I know that she has welcomed Eunice home with open arms. Hugs to you all.
Eunice and my mother were great friends and our families have been close for years. We will miss this fine lady greatly, but we know she’s celebrating with our parents now in Heaven. Jack, Kelly & Mike, God bless & give you strength in your time of sorrow.
