Florence Elizabeth Rambo's Obituary
Florence Elizabeth Rambo, 86, a long time resident of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed from this life on Friday, September 18, 2020 in a Tulsa hospital with family by her side. She was born March 26, 1934 in Ozark, Missouri to her parents, Willie Gibson and Ella Beatrice Sperry Gibson. She married the love of her life, Emmitt Rambo on August 25, 1952 in McAlister, Oklahoma and they shared in over 65 wonderful years together before his passing in 2017.
Florence is survived by her three daughters, Charlotte Bagley of Catoosa, Oklahoma, Judy Cartwright and her husband Sherman of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Cheryl Burnes and her husband Joel of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one brother, Truman Gibson and wife Barbara Ann of Tennessee; ten grandchildren, Brett Bagley, Chase Bagley, Jason Bagley, Patrick Cartwright, Robyn Cartwright, Naomi Hogue, Jeremy Burnes, Jason Cowen, Evan Rambo and Devan Rambo; numerous great and great-great grandchildren, friends and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Beatrice Gibson; her husband, Emmitt Rambo; her son, Kim Rambo; her brother, Kenneth Gibson; her sister, Virginia Smith; and her great-granddaughter, Rylee Elizabeth Cartwright.
Visitation will be held from 1-7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Floral Haven's Funeral Home Chapel.
