Condolences to the family. I grew up with Frank. He was part of the "gang". we all got together and and did all the usual things young people do in the summer. Willie and Elwanda were dating back then, I don;t remember Frank having a steady girl friend. He was a shy, gentle person.. I kow he will be missed, Nao,i Isaac Stewart
Uncle Frank took such good care of Grandma and Grandpa Brown! Some of my fondest memories consist of him pulling up Grandmas long driveway in his squad car and standing in her kitchen in his uniform with the smell of fresh air and Pine Sol lingering throughout the house. He was always so kind and helpful. I recall one day I did not want to go to school but Uncle Frank was not having it. He helped me out to the car and into the school!
