Fredde was a great example to me. Growing up with Wally and Lea I had a second mom just across the street. First losing Gene and Wally and now Fredde. She lived a great and long life. To Lea (Anita to me) our condolences. You now get to carry on the Schwaninger name. I had a lot of great times with the Schwaningers. I had an extra set of grandparents with Fedde's parents. Fedde's mom taught her a lot about cooking and for sure the best apple pies I have eaten. Farewell for a short period. Looking forward to seeing you again on the "other side"!

Fredde was like a second mother to me when I was growing up. We would play in their back yard climbing trees and riding the go cart. A lot of fun! I can still hear her calling for her son Wally to come home for dinner. There were a lot of great memories with the Schwaningers. Fredde was a great lady. Thanks for helping me grow up.

I have had the honor of knowing Fredde for several years. We were members of a couple of lineage societies that met about once a month. I always enjoyed her and she was always so gracious to me. I know she will be missed by her family and friends. Donna Talley
