Gary "Sug" Donald Richardville's Obituary
Gary “Sug” Donald Richardville was born December 15, 1936 in Neck City, Missouri to the late Thomas Henry Richardville & Mary Jane (Hardendorf) Richardville. He passed away February 29, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Gary is survived by his spouse, Pat Richardville; Children; Paul and Vicki Richardville of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Theron Sr. and Kelly Richardville of Owasso, Oklahoma, Terry and Tom Zumwalt of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Forrest and Cheryl White of Depew, Oklahoma, & Mark and Terri White of Coweta, Oklahoma; 9 Grandchildren & 6 Great Grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Sug was preceded in death by his brothers,Thomas Richardville and Jerry Richardville. Sug graduated from Will Rogers High School, Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1955. He joined the Tulsa Fire Department in 1957 and retired from the Tulsa Fire Department in 1988. He also owned and operated Richardville Construction Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church of Tulsa. Sug was a Board Member of the Fire Fighters Credit Union, and was active in the Retired Fire Fighters Association, as well a 3 Degree Master Mason (Pilgram Rock Lodge – Tulsa, Oklahoma), 32 Degree Scottish Rite Mason (Tulsa Scottish Rite Consistory – Tulsa, Oklahoma). Sug’s passions and hobbies included spending time with Family and Friends, attending Races at Port City Raceway, Tulsa Shoot-Out and Chili Bowl. He also loved supporting and providing Oreo Cookies to Drivers and Race Teams, fishing and boating, eating Coney’s and Bench Racing at Crawford’s Shop, Assisting Firefighters Widow’s with Continued Pension Plan Arrangements and Providing Hospitality and Assistance to everyone he came in contact with. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in the name of (Sug) Gary D. Richardville to the Donnie Ray Crawford Legacy Foundation (This Foundation help’s provide financial assistance to young adults toward their College Education and is a Tax Deductible Non-Profit Organization) make checks payable to the following: Donnie Ray Crawford Legacy Foundation Note in the name of: (Sug) Gary D. Box 66 Collinsville, OK 74021-0066 Funeral Services will be 12:30 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2016, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, followed by interment, Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Visitation will be 9:00 am to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2015 and Sunday, March 6, 2015, Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
