Two months. Sometimes it doesn’t seem like two months have went by but at the same time it’s been the longest two months of my life. I miss you Grady Bates. I’ll love you forever 💜
Grady always wanted to try out things that I liked doing too. I was *trying* to teach him to use my cricut but somebody was too impatient lol. Which is why there’s letters missing and crooked.

It’s been 1 month and it still doesn’t seem real. I don’t think it ever will.
I miss you sending me songs every 2 minutes. I miss you screaming at the video games while I made dinner and the kids played. I miss just sitting on the boat at the dock because that was your favorite place to be. I miss you Grady. I’ll love you forever.

Grady was a funny loving young man. My daughter babysat him. He loved playing tricks on her. He told her once. He needed a toy. At the top of a shelf. When she got up there. There is as a huge snake. In a glass enclosure. He was laughing so hard. And he was probably only about 4.
Recently he was giving information. About being a Captain. For my Grandson. He will truly be missed. Love to his parents. And all who loved him.

I lived next door to his grandmother Wanda Bates in Owasso and although I never knew Grady personally but what I remember about Grady was that he and his dad David Bates would come over on Friday and I would see Grady mowing his grandmother's acreage, I remember thinking what a nice gesture to show how much he cared for his grandmother and then both him and his dad would take Wanda out to lunch. Wonderful memories for me, it sad to think that all 3 are gone now.
