Barbara and all of Harold's family, Carolyn and I extend our deepest sympathy for your loss. We have been blessed with many good friends over the years. I have enclosed pictures of Harold, Larry Lyons, Frank Martinez, and I when we first meet in 1979 and we have been close friends ever since. We have many fond memories and he will truly be missed. It was good to share memories of being with two different tool companies together. Harold was always a valuable resource for sales tips and accounting procedures. I especially respected his attention to detail in helping fellow distributors and district managers. My relationship with Harold went from, fellow distributors, to fellow managers, to Harold eventually being my boss. In all our associations together we had some enjoyable times as well as taking care of business. I cherish the memories. Gary Souder
