Harry Webb Horn, 81, former owner of Perma Jack Foundation passed away December 23, 2015 in Tulsa, OK. He was born June 10, 1934 in Minco, OK to Joe and Bertha (Smith) Horn.Harry is survived by his wife, Virginia Horn; daughters, Anita Adams, Brenda Batchelor, and Lisa Carter; sister, Gladys Ray Alexander; brother, Tom Horn.Memorial Service will be 12:30 PM, Monday, December 28th, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow.
