Imogene Spires' Obituary
Imogene “Jeannie” Velma Spires, 86, passed away in her home in Broken Arrow, OK on January 17, 2021. She was born December 13, 1934, in Oakdale, Illinois.
Preceded in death by husbands James R Dailey and Ollie Loray Spires. Survived by 3 children; Debra A Bemos, Linda Kay Dailey and James Lewis Dailey. Jeannie had 4 grandsons, Jeremy Duke, Justin Duke, Michael Dailey and Sean Dailey; 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Jeannie enjoyed golf, bridge and traveling. Visiting with family and friends was the highlight of her life. She was a longtime member of Antelope Valley Country Club, Palmdale, California; and Indian Springs Country Club, Broken Arrow,Ok.
While raising her 3 children in Palmdale, California, she was extremely busy in the community; PTA presidents, scout leaders, school boards, and city councils. She was a secretary for State Farm Insurance for many years.
In recent years she became the Station Nanny for Broken Arrow Fire Station #3. The firemen became like a second family to Imogene. She became the grandma for the many children and families in the neighborhood. She was a stranger to none and a friend to all.
She was dearly loved and will be missed. We Love You!

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 24 from 1 pm - 5 pm at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Services will take place at 12:30 pm on Monday, January 25 at the Floral Haven Chapel.
