I have known the Hope family most of my life, having grown up with Justin, Jimmy and Jamie out on Coyote Trail. Jim was a great friend, and I enjoyed many great visits telling racing or car chasing/buying stores. I am very glad that I got to hang around the fire and trade stories with him several more times over the past couple of months. The last conversation we had a couple of weeks ago he wondered if he would get to see the Daytona NASCAR race today. I assured him that he would, but guess I was optimistic but not correct. I will watch today thinking of you and the rest of the Hope family. I love you all very much and will be seeing you tomorrow.Godspeed Jim, Rest In Peace old buddy.
