Jane Waters, age 82 passed this life on December 6, 2025 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She entered this world on October 16, 1943 in Edgewood Arsenal, Maryland. Jane was a devout lover of Jesus and was a light in many peoples lives and she will be greatly missed.
