McCabe (as I called him) was quite a guy. He had a quick wit and was a walking encyclopedia. McCabe stayed frequently at my house, I even gave him a key as he was here normally on at least a monthly basis. Facebook will not be quite the same without his frequent, sometimes off the wall posts. McCabe was a kind and gentle man and lived life his way. RIP McCabe, you are already missed.
Jeff had such a wonderful dry, quick wit and was so so smart. I remember often getting called out for laughing in English class because he said something, very quietly of course, that made me crack up....of course the teacher didn't hear him, just my loud laughter! It was so wonderful to reconnect at the SE reunions, and through FB over the last 11 years. After he recovered from his heart surgery a few years ago, he took a road trip to visit friends, and KC was one of his stops. We enjoyed catching up over lunch here in KC. I already miss his witty, yet always intelligent posts on FB. Praying for you, Nancy and Bob, and all your extended family, that you may know God's comfort as you miss and remember your wonderful brother.
Thinking and Praying for all of you during this difficult time. He was always had such a special selfless gift of thinking of others before himself.
