I went to Tulsa Vo Tech in 1974-1975 to become a Dental Assistant. My onsite dental assisting orientation that year was with Dr. Jerry Emerson. Pam Web was his dental assistant at this time. This changed my whole life, the life of my husband at the time and our son’s life thereafter.
He and Judy bought a house on Oak St in Collinsville for me and my husband to rent at that time so I wouldn’t have to work or move to Tulsa. My husband at the time was going into college as a petroleum engineer but after spending time with Dr. Emerson and Judy Emerson he decided to change his college schedule and study to become a dentist. He practices in Owasso, OK now. That led to our son becoming a dentist also, practicing now in Ada, OK.
Dr. Emerson and Judy changed our lives. He became my employer. They became my dear friends. They were honorary quest in my wedding and little Carol was one of my 3 bridesmaids in my wedding.
