I met you over a Thanksgiving dinner that Juli and Ed held at their home and was utterly charmed by you. Your bright smile and your welcoming nature made me feel like I'd known you forever, not just met that day. I'm so happy I was able to meet you and see you. I see the influence you had on your son, my friend. Your presence will be missed, but your smile and laugh and gracious nature will live on in every person you met, even for a few moments.
