Born Dec 24, 1941 in Muskogee, OK. Firstborn son of Florence Edna Featherston Buchanan Foster (and Howard E. Featherston) He was raised by his step father Paul Leon Foster (also buried at Floral Haven Cemetery in the Veterans Field of Honor. His son is Darryl Bryan Buchanan of Benton, Missouri (Darryl’s mother Sharon Dugan Buchanan from Charleston, MO). He attended the Broken Arrow school system and graduated in 1960. Also a graduate of Spartan School of Aeronautics. His childhood best friend was Alan Dodson. He was an amazing son and brother of Stephen Paul Foster, Llona Jean Foster and Carelen Sue Foster.
