Jodie was my mother-in-law and she was a good one she accepted me the first time we met. She loved the girls and was there for birthday parties, holidays, skate parties, school programs and sporting events. We have holiday, lake and back porch grilling memories and laughs. She loved babysitting and shopping with the girls!!!

When I met Jodie I knew immediately God had blessed me with a special gift! Her warm and loving personality coupled with her great sense of humor made every shared experience pure joy! Thank You Lord from the bottom of my heart for my Dear Veil Sis and Awesome Friend!
How I loved to hear Jodie laugh when she and De De (Wallace) Seale would reminisce about being young women and their escapades! Jodie flew to Texas by herself as a young woman and her mother gave her two cigarettes ("to calm her nerves"). :) She and De De caught the bus at midnight and arrived at the hotel in the wee hours for an ice-skating trip to Dallas - and they laughed and laughed as they reminisced about their adventures. They had a HS classmate that would say "Grundy on ya!" and just repeating that phrase sent Jodie into huge bouts of laughter. She was so positive and lively and fun. De De is lost without her. We will all be happy to be with her again when we get there...and MJ, and Bob, and all the others. What a sweet, sweet woman.
