Joe L. Noyes' Obituary
Joe Lee Noyes, born April 21, 1929 in Halfway, Missouri, died October 6, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Joe passed peacefully at home surrounded by family. He is preceded in death by his father and mother Estel and Golden Noyes, brothers Bernell and Okell Noyes and sisters Audry Rowland and Ina Mae Moody. Joe is survived by his wife of 61 years Evelyn, two children Karen Jones and husband Clark of Broken Arrow, OK and Dennis Noyes and his wife Barbara of Wichita, KS., Five grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. Joe served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict from Jan. 1951-Jan. 1953 achieving rank of PFC. Joe loved the outdoors and spent as much time as possible hunting and fishing with family. If he was not hunting and fishing you could find him at the farm in the garden or tending his array of animals. Above all Joe was dedicated to his family. Services are Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011 at 3:00 p.m., at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. Family will be available from 6 to 8 pm Tues for visitation...
