Im so sad to discover Joe has passed. I met and had the biggest crush on Joe in the Eighties! He was the nicest guy, he saw I had broken glass pane in my coffee table, Joe showed up a few days later with a perfect match. I ran into him in the Nineties and was able to catch up, I wish I had stayed in touch. He was just one of the good guys.
I am so sorry. I just learned of this; Joe was a dear friend for decades and I treasure many memories with him, at the lake, or cooking, or just hanging out. Joe was a gifted craftsman and glazier, and also helped me on many projects over the years, but his friendship is what I truly treasured.
Words can not express my sadness….Only the assurance that I will see him again in Heaven wipe back my tears.
Joe was the toughest guy I have ever known, yet he had a kind and gentle spirit. I grieve his passing, but know he has been set free of his pain. He is with the Lord. Rest In Peace, my friend.
